Designed by Douglas and Fordham Architects and built in 1894, Brocksford Hall is located 1 mile from Doveridge. The grade II listed building stands in it's own magnificent grounds.

We acquired the 35 acre estate in 1994 following the closure of a privately owned school. The aim was to restore the institutionalised buildings retaining as many of the original residential features as possible.

We created and improved a total of 9 dwellings which have been subsequently sold. In addition, the main Hall has been converted to incorporate 6 luxury apartments which are available to let. For current availability, please see details in 'Latest news'.
