The original lodge house required complete refurbishment including new damp proofing, re-roofing and a new chimney.
Planning consent was secured for a two storey extension incorporating a double garage to the north elevation. It was vital to the planners that the extension had a minimum impact on the southern aspect of the existing lodge.
The internal fittings and finishes were selected to a high specification including a quality oak kitchen with granite surfaces and stainless steel appliances.
